Exterior & Design
In the front, the BMW X3 comes an angular BMW kidney grille with dual barrel intelligent LED headlamps on both the sides of the grille. This gives the SUV a muscular, bold and butch look. It also gets vertical air curtains placed on the bottom edges of the bumper for improved aero dynamics.
In the rear, it gets 3D effect LED taillamps, dual exhaust enclosed inside chrome housing and silver finish lower down the bumper to reduce the visual bulk. The side profile of the X3 gets 19 inch dual tone 5 spoke aerodynamic alloys, chrome bidding lower down the door panels and chrome garnish around the DLO (Daylight Opening).
Interior & Features
The X3 comes loaded with features inside the cabin. Some of these include a 12.3 inch fully digital and customizable instrument cluster display, a 12.3 inch touchscreen infotainment system with BMW operating system 7, rear window sunshades, panoramic sunroof, multicolor ambient lighting, dual zone auto AC, electric adjust for front seats, driver seat with memory function, BMW touch controller, wireless apple carplay, wireless charger, front & rear parking sensors, semi autonomous parking, etc.
Moreover, it also offers advanced features like a full colour windshield projection heads up display, 360 degree camera with parking assistant, auto high beam assist, BMW gesture control, electrochromic IRVM and ORVMs, Harman Kardon surround sound system, etc.
Engine & Transmission
On the powertrain front, the X3 gets just 1 diesel engine. Its the 1995cc 4 cylinder twin turbo diesel motor producing 190 PS of power and 400 Nm of torque. Also, it comes mated to an 8-Speed Automatic Steptronic Sport Transmission with features like Automatic Hold Function & gearshift paddles on the steering wheel.
Drivetrain
BMW also offers the xDrive - intelligent 4WD tech in the X3. Also, the xDrive 4WD tech comes with variable torque distribution, Hill Descent
Control, Hill Start Assist, Dynamic Damper Control and Automatic differential locks at the rear.
Dimensions
It measures 4708 mm in length, 1891/2138 mm (with/without ORVM open) in width, 1676 mm in height and 2864 mm in wheelbase. Moreover, its boot space measures at 550 litres.

BMW X3 is available in 3 variants i.e. the base X3 xDrive20d xLine, the X3 xDrive20d M Sport and the X3 xDrive M40i. Customers can also choose from up to 5 exterior paint shades.
