Before its official release, spy photos have revealed the Royal Enfield Classic650, a bike that fans have been eagerly awaiting. The images, taken close to Royal Enfield's UK tech centre, show the bike's classic style and characteristics.
The Classic 650 is inspired by the Classic 350, featuring a circular headlamp, a wide handlebar, a curvy fuel tank, and retro-styled fenders. Its vintage appeal is further accentuated by the dual-tone maroon and cream colour scheme.
The Classic 650 is equipped with a 648cc parallel-twin engine, producing 47 PS and 52.3 Nm of torque. This engine, coupled with a 6-speed gearbox, guarantees seamless gear transitions, substantial low-end torque.
The Classic 650's tubular steel frame provides stability and comfort. Its 320mm front disc, 300mm rear disc, and dual-channel ABS ensure safe and reliable braking in various riding conditions.
Anticipated at approximately Rs. 3.5 lakh, the Classic 650 is poised to provide a cost-effective introduction to the 650cc class. Customising options like the Tripper navigation pod might be available.
