Volkswagen is set to unveil the next generation of its popular SUV, the 2025 Tiguan, on October 9, 2024. Based on the Chinese-spec Tayron, this new model is expected to arrive in global markets, including India, by the first quarter of 2025.
The upcoming Tiguan will offer a range of powertrain options, including regular combustion engines, mild-hybrid, and plug-in hybrid variants, catering to diverse consumer preferences and evolving environmental regulations.
At the same time that it is anticipated that the exterior design will be nearly identical to that of the European Tiguan, there may be some minor differences that distinguish the models.
