Latest Update: Hyundai Alcazar facelift's test mule was spotted in September for the first time on Indian roads. Since then, it has been spotted a few more times. With the arrival of the Hyundai Creta facelift in India, we expect Hyundai to also launch the Alcazar facelift soon. That's because Alcazar is nothing but an extended Creta with 3 rows of seating.
Design & Exterior
On the exterior design front, Alcazar facelift is likely to get a similar front design to that of Creta facelift. A parametric grille with integrated LED DRLs, connected LED lightbar design and LED headlamp units placed below the DRLs in the bumper. In the rear too, it is likely to get connected LED light setup similar to the Creta facelift.
Interior & Features
In terms of features, we expect Hyundai to offer a few extras over the new Creta facelift. These extra features could include 64 colour ambient lighting, multi zone climate control AC, captain seats in the second row, etc.
Engine & Transmission
The new facelifted Alcazar is likely to get similar powertrain options as that of the Creta facelift. We expect both petrol and diesel engine options with 6 speed manual, 6 speed torque converter auto and probably also a 7 speed DCT auto.
Segment & Rivals
Upon launch, this 3 row it will rival the likes of MG Hector Plus, Tata Safari, Mahindra XUV700, Kia Carens, etc.
