Battrixx, the innovative battery division of Kabra Extrusion Technik Limited, presented a wide array of pioneering high voltage packs at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024 in New Delhi. The eagerly awaited event ran from 1st to 3rd February 2024 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Electrifying Innovations Across Various Applications

Battrixx unveiled an extensive range of high voltage packs specially crafted for diverse applications, including Passenger Cars, Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), Buses, Trucks, E-tractors, and off-road vehicles. Notably, the company introduced India's inaugural High Voltage liquid-cooled battery pack tailored specifically for agriculture applications. The showcase also included cutting-edge cell chemistries, such as Lithium iron phosphate batteries (LFP), Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC), Lithium Nickel-Cobalt-Aluminum Oxide (NCA), and a variety of form factors like Cylindrical and Prismatic laser-welded battery packs.

BMS, IoT Solutions & Swapping Station

In addition to the impressive array of high voltage packs, Battrixx also highlighted its fully in-house developed Battery Management System (BMS) designed for 2W and high voltage applications. The company also showcased Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and a Swapping Station.

The Swapping Station offers cloud connectivity, adaptive voltage support, and an efficient cooling system through an Active + Passive charging mechanism. Users can enjoy a seamless experience, with the ability to book batteries and complete payments using a customized Android/iOS app.
