The Bajaj Pulsar 180F is known to have the styling and features from Pulsar 220F but comes with an efficient motor at an affordable price tag. Bajaj Pulsar 180F is a road rider which is available at a starting price tag of Rs. 1,15,080 in India. With advanced styling and many latest and upmarket features fuelled the demand for premium commuters and set the bike on a course for the history books. The Pulsar 180F is a revelation in the Indian market which had been populated with commuter motorcycles and take lead amongst the 150cc and above segment where only the single player called the Hero Honda CBZ existed. It is available in only in 1 variant and 3 colour combinations of matte metallic shade contrasting with the highlights of orange, red and grey. The Pulsar 180F is powered by 178.6cc BS6 engine which generates a power of 16.76 bhp and a torque of 14.52 Nm. Keeping the standards high, it had anti-locking braking system with body weight of 156 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 15 litres. This combination of motor and fuel capacity makes it quite fuel efficient. The bike received subtle updates in the form of semi-digital instrument console, aircraft-type fuel tank lid, LED tail lamp, step-seat design and new colour schemes with decals. Some of the other standard features include twin spark ignition, telescopic forks, gas-charged rear suspension and disc brakes at both ends. Bajaj has equipped the Pulsar 180F with single-channel ABS for safety net. The Pulsar 180F competes strongly against the Honda CB Hornet 160R, TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS, Yamaha FZ S 3.0 and the fully faired Hero Xtreme 200S.
