The Ducati Multistrada V2 is a motorcycle that starts at Rs. 14,65,000 in India. It comes in three models and three colors, with the top variant starting at Rs. 16,84,000. The Ducati Multistrada V2 is powered by a 937cc BS6 engine that produces 111.3 horsepower and 96 Nm of torque. Ducati Multistrada V2 features anti-lock brakes on both the front and rear disc brakes. The gasoline tank capacity on this Multistrada V2 bike is 20 liters and it weighs 222 kg.The new Ducati Multistrada V2 is now available in India, replacing the Multistrada 950 and competing against the Triumph Tiger 900 and BMW F 900 XR. This sub-1000cc adventure tourer, unlike the Multistrada 950, comes in two flavors: Multistrada V2 and Multistrada V2 S.
The new Multistrada V2 range's mechanical specs keep the BS6-compliant 937cc Testastretta twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. The motor on the Multistrada V2 is calibrated to produce 111.5bhp at 9,000rpm and 94Nm of peak torque at 6,750rpm when connected to a six-speed gearbox. Ducati also managed to cut the motorcycle's weight by five kilograms compared to its predecessor.The Ducati Skyhook Suspension EVO semi-active suspension system is used for shock absorption on the S version. The regular bike, on the other hand, has a configuration that may be adjusted manually. Twin 320mm rotors with Brembo monobloc calipers in the front and a single 265mm disc with Brembo caliper at the back handle braking duties on both models.The style of the Multistrada 950 is comparable. The twin-pod headlight, semi-fairing, tall windscreen, split-style seating, and side-slung exhaust remain on the new Multistrada V2. The new Multistrada V2 has full-LED lighting, a five-inch color TFT display, cornering ABS, traction control, vehicle hold control, and four riding modes, all of which are similar to the prior model (Sport, Touring, Urban, and Enduro). The S model also comes with cruise control, Ducati Cornering Lights, and Ducati Quick Shift Up and Down.Ducati Red is available on both editions of the new Multistrada V2. The S model also benefits from the Street Grey paint option, which gives the alloy wheels a red color.
