The Honda CBR150R is expected to launch in India in early 2024. The bike has been updated with a new design, a more powerful engine, and improved features. The CBR150R will compete with other 150cc sports bikes in the market, such as the Yamaha R15 V4 and the Suzuki Gixxer SF.

Introduction

It is a sporty motorcycle that offers a thrilling riding experience. The bike has a sleek and aggressive look, with sharp LED headlights, a muscular fuel tank, and a split seat. The bike also has a fully digital instrument cluster, a clip-on handlebar, and a dual-channel ABS system.

Variant and Color

It will be available in two variants: Standard and Repsol Edition. The Standard variant will come in three color options: Matte Black, Pearl White, and Victory Red. The Repsol Edition will have a special livery inspired by the Honda MotoGP team, with orange, white, and red colors.

Engine and Power

The Honda CBR150R is powered by a 149.16cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 17.1 PS of power at 9000 rpm and 14.4 Nm of torque at 7000 rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. The bike has a top speed of around 140 kmph and can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in about 11 seconds.

Fuel Efficiency and Tank Capacity

The Honda CBR150R has a fuel efficiency of around 40 kmpl, which is decent for a sports bike. The bike has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters, which gives it a range of around 480 km on a full tank.
