Ampere has introduced REO in India in 2 variants. The REO comes with a stylish design and edgy contours. It comes with two battery options, Lead-acid and Lithium-ion. The REO suspended by telescopic forks at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is done by drum units at both ends. The REO gets power from a 250W BDLC motor that takes power from a 48 V/24 Ah battery. The Lead-acid battery takes about 8-10 hours to charge fully offering a range of 45-50 km. The Lithium-ion battery, on the other hand, takes about 5-6 hours to charge fully and offers a range of 60-65 km. This electric scooter has a top speed of 25kmph and a total weight of 70kg (Lithium-ion) and 88kg (Lead-acid).Ampere REO is available in the country in five color options - black, white, red, green, and yellow.
