अप्रिलिया एसआर 125
In India, the Aprilia SR 125 scooter starts at Rs. 1,16,853. There is only one color option and only one variant. The 124.45cc BS6 engine on the Aprilia SR 125 produces 9.78 bhp and 9.7 Nm of torque. The Aprilia SR 125 offers a combined braking system for both wheels, with front disc and rear drum brakes. The fuel tank capacity of this SR 125 scooter is 6 liters, and it weighs 115 kg.
The updated SR 125 has been released in India by Aprilia. In comparison to its predecessor, the new model has a few cosmetic changes. The front fascia has a revised headlamp that appears sportier than before, while the rear has a redesigned taillight that looks sportier than before. The split-style design of the single-piece seat, a larger pillion grab rail, and carbon-fiber texture for the front fender, instrument cluster bracket, and exhaust heat shield add to the new SR 125's aggressive appeal. There are four color possibilities available: white, blue, grey, and red. On the front apron, floorboard panel, and rear panel, there are stickers that say "Aprilia" and "SR125."
The SR 125 also gets an improvement in terms of features, with an LED headlight and a fully digital instrument cluster. The upgraded display has a top speed recorder, average speed recorder, tachometer, speedometer, odometer, two trip meters, fuel economy indicator, fuel gauge, engine temperature, and a clock, similar to the unit on the SXR 125. Bluetooth connectivity is missing from the new console.
The revised SR 125 has the same mechanical specs as the original, including a BS6-compliant 124.45cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, three-valve engine that generates 9.78bhp at 7,700rpm and 9.70Nm at 6,000rpm. A CVT gearbox is connected to the motor.
The new SR 125's hardware is comparable to that of its predecessor. Thus, the front suspension is handled by telescopic forks, and the back suspension is handled by a single spring. A disc brake in the front and a drum brake in the back are responsible for anchoring. On the 160cc series, the safety net on the SR 125 comprises a combined braking system rather than an antilock braking system. The scooter is equipped with tubeless tyres on 14-inch alloy wheels.
In India, this 125cc scooter competes with the TVS Ntorq 125, Honda Grazia 125, Yamaha RayZR 125, Hero Maestro Edge 125, and others.
