PURE EV is an electric two-wheeler manufacturer based in India with five variants. The EPluto is a lower-spec version of the EPluto 7G, the brand's flagship product. In comparison to the latter, the former has a smaller battery and has a lower range and top speed.The EPluto is only intended for short-distance travel, with a top speed of 25kmph. The full-battery range, however, is respectable at 80 kilometers. It uses a 1.8kWh portable battery to power a 250 Watt brushless hub-mounted motor. The e-scooter has a seven-degree grade ability.

With an LED headlamp and tail lamp, an LCD instrument cluster, an anti-theft provision with a smart lock, and regenerative braking, the EPluto standard mimic its higher-spec 7G equivalent in terms of features. It has 10-inch wheels, telescopic forks, and dual shock absorbers, with a disc up front and a drum at the back providing brakes.The PURE EV EPluto competes against products from EV manufacturers like as Okinawa and Ampere, with a price tag of Rs 73,000.
