Yamaha Fascino is a lifestyle scooter that comes in 2 variants in India. The scooter has a neo-retro design that has been designed especially for the youth. The Fascino has a distinctive appearance with its curvy style, chrome on the body and mirrors for a retro look. The scooter also has a 21-litre under-seat storage capacity. Along with this, the scooter also gets a cubbyhole in the front apron and a hook under the front end of the seat.This scooter runs on a 113cc air-cooled single-cylinder ‘Blue Core’ engine that churns out 7bhp of power at 7,500rpm and 8.1Nm of peak torque at 5,000rpm. It comes mated to a continuous variable transmission (CVT). The scooter comes equipped with 10-inch wheels. Suspension duties are carried out by telescopic forks at the front and a link-type suspension at the rear. Yamaha Fascino gets 130mm drum brakes at the front as well as the rear, along with Yamaha’s Unified Braking System. With a total weight of 103kgs, the scooter gets a 5.2-litre fuel tank capacity.The Fascino comes in seven colours- Beaming blue, Dapper blue, Sassy cyan, Season green, Dazzling grey, Glamorous gold, and Darknight. It gives competition to Honda Activa-i, Hero Maestro Edge and TVS Jupiter.
