Kinetic Green has revealed that it is bringing back its iconic two-wheeler to life, but in an all-new format. Set to launch on July 28, 2025, the new Kinetic DX combines the retro charm of the 1980s classic with modern electric vehicle technology, aiming to capture the hearts of nostalgic riders and urban commuters alike.

Kinetic DX Electric: A Nostalgic Yet Modern Electric Scooter

The brand has already released a teaser, and spy shots of the test models have been brought into the limelight. Kinetic Green is making a bold statement by releasing this e-scooter in the market. This launch will begin Kinetic Green’s ambitious plan to launch the three EVs over the next 18 months.

The upcoming e-scooter, Kinetic DX, will carry the aesthetics of design from the 80s, with new mixes of unforgotten aura and retro charm wrapped under modern technology. The new model echoes the classic’s boxy silhouette, complete with a square LED headlamp and side panels that mirror the iconic style while incorporating sleek, modern LED lighting elements. The scooter is expected to have illuminated logos on the body panel.

Expected Power and Range

The all-new Kinetic DX will have a hub-mounted electric motor, which will be tuned perfectly for daily urban riding. The company has already said that the e-scooter will be available with two battery packs as an option to its customers. The 2 kWh battery pack will come as a standard version for daily commuting. Whereas, a 3.5 kWh battery configuration will generate better power and will come as an option with additional cost to buyers.

It is expected to deliver an estimated range between 80 and 105 kilometers per charge, along with a top speed of around 80 km/h. These figures position the DX well within the performance bracket preferred by daily riders. The scooter might offer a telescopic front suspension and dual rear shocks for the rear for the overall suspension configuration.
