The Nexon Pure+ PS comes with a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, making it one of the most affordable vehicles in its segment to offer this feature. The variant also includes a 26.03 cm Harman infotainment system that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other features include a six-speaker audio system, an HD rearview camera, automatic LED headlamps, and rain-sensing wipers.
Tata Motors offers the Pure+ PS trim in several powertrain options. The manual petrol variant is priced at Rs 9.59 lakh. The petrol automated manual transmission (AMT) version costs Rs 10.14 lakh. The twin-cylinder compressed natural gas (CNG) manual variant is available at Rs 10.39 lakh. For diesel buyers, the manual version is priced at Rs 10.54 lakh, while the diesel AMT costs Rs 11.19 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi.
Market Position and Company Outlook
Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer at Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, stated that the new variant enhances the Nexon’s value by making a popular feature more accessible. The company aims to attract a wider range of buyers with this addition.
Tata Motors has confirmed that it has met the Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) norms for FY26. The automaker is confident about meeting future regulatory requirements, supported by its current product lineup and technology investments.
The company also commented on recent market trends. Tata Motors expects the recent increase in hatchback and sedan demand after GST changes to be temporary. The automaker plans to introduce two new models in response to evolving customer preferences.
In financial performance, Tata Motors reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 2,653 crore for FY24. The company continues to supply parts to several major domestic manufacturers, supporting its presence in the Indian automotive sector.
