Expected to be introduced sometime in 2026 at a price close to Rs 2 lakh, the Karizma XMR 250 builds on the legacy of one of Hero’s most iconic nameplates. The bike is expected to feature similar appearance to the XMR 210 but with a more muscular presence, it is likely to use a 250cc liquid-cooled engine that puts up 30 PS of power and 25Nm of torque borrowed from the Xtreme 250R.  Performance will focus on smooth power delivery rather than outright aggression, making it suitable for everyday use and occasional touring. Built for long-distance touring, the bike is expected to offer a comfortable riding posture, robust chassis, and serious off-road ability. This motorcycle stands out as it signals Hero’s move into the serious adventure category, showing the brand’s intent to build capable, purpose-driven machines for experienced touring riders.

The Hero XPulse 421is expected to use a liquid-cooled engine in the 350-400cc range that can generate up to 45 bhp of power. Beside that it will come equipped with features such as a tall windscreen, large TFT display, long-travel suspension, and a 21-inch front wheel suggest strong touring intent.
