Latest Update: Yamaha India unveiled its entry-level dual-purpose motorcycle at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. The two-wheeler manufacturer already sells this sports bike in Brazil and is now poised to launch it in India. The upcoming Yamaha Lander 250 will be the brand’s entry-level model for adventure and sports bike lovers. While the launch details are not confirmed, the Yamaha Lander 250 is expected to launch in India by October 2025.

The Yamaha Lander 250 has a 249cc single-cylinder petrol engine. The same engine configuration is also offered in the Yamaha FZ25, one of the best-selling entry-level sports bikes from the two-wheeler brand. The engine unit makes up 20.5 bhp of power output and 20.6 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 5-speed gearbox for smooth shifts and better ride quality.
