It is offered in 3 variants and 6 colours with engine power of 102cc BS6 that develops a power of 7.79 bhp and a torque of 8.34 Nm. Primarily targeting the rural audience, it is considered at the entry level bike for customers who are looking for a hassle-free low-maintenance motorcycle with high fuel efficiency. Bajaj CT 100 comes up with combined braking system of both wheels and weighs 114 kgs with a fuel tank capacity of 10.5 litres. The bike is based on the single-cradle frame similar to the Platina and receives strength by a single-cylinder engine which is again similar to the Platina. This engine is a BS6-compliant, fuel-injected unit which comes coupled to a four-speed gearbox for transmission purpose. The focus is on extracting maximum efficiency, with an average mileage of 89.5kmpl. Bajaj has equipped this motorcycle with a ‘SNS’ suspension at the rear and telescopic forks at the front.
