2024 Kawasaki Versys 650 Launches with New Colour Schemes in India

Kawasaki has introduced its most awaited adventure touring motorcycle, 2024 Versys 650, an updated and revamped version of Versys 650 in India. The new model will be available in two unique paint schemes, focusing to cater the adventure oriented buyers across the country.

Cosmetic Updates

The revamped visuals of Kawasaki Versys 650 got introduced with two new paint schemes, Metallic Flat Spark Black and Metallic Matte Dark Gray. Along with the offered dual-tone combination of red and green contrasting with black hue, the bike is painted with white line along the side panels and headlight cowl.

Unchanged Features and Performance

Though the bike has gone through design  and style makeover, its core performance elements have remained unchanged. The model still possesses its sharp-edged split  LED headlight complemented by a transparent visor. Versys 650 houses the same robust 649cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine, delivering 65.7 bhp and 61 Nm of torque, which is coupled with a six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch

Features and Hardware

  • Equipped with advanced features, the 2024 Versys 650 caters to modern riders' needs. LED illumination, a TFT screen with smartphone connectivity, a USB charging port, switchable traction control, and ABS are among the important features offered in the model. 
  • Looking at the hardware, the Versys boasts USD forks with preload and rebound adjustability, providing riders with the flexibility to adapt to varying road conditions. 
  • Braking duties are handled by dual 300mm front and single 250mm rear disc brakes, supported by 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with 120/70 front and 160/60 rear tires.

Price

Apart from the design updates, 2024 Kawasaki Versys 650 has remained the same when it comes to offering high-performance and power. Priced competitively at  Rs. 7,77,000 (ex-showroom), the motorcycle remains accessible to adventure enthusiasts seeking a versatile and performance-driven touring companion. Now launched in the market, Versys 650 will be competing with Moto Morini X-Cape 650, upcoming Honda CB500X, Kawasaki Ninja 650 2024 and Triumph Trident 660.
