The Tuono 457 flaunts a unique design and an aggressive streetfighter’s aesthetic. The Tuono 457 features a distinctive triple headlamp cluster with a small lip & a one-piece tubular handlebar, which sets the motorcycle apart from the RS 457. The additional design features include an updated fuel tank & an underbelly exhaust.
The Tuono 457 can be purchased in these dual-toned options: Piranha Red with black and Puma Grey with silver.
The Tuono 457 is built on a twin-beam aluminium frame and enables the rider to experience a relaxed riding position with its upright seat. The motorcycle is equipped with preload-adjustable USD front forks & a preload-adjustable rear monoshock to ensure a safe and responsive ride. The braking system features a 320 mm front disc and a 220 mm rear disc, which are mounted on 17-inch alloy wheels.
The Tuono 457’s powertrain resembles the RS 457 and features a 457cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine. The motorcycle delivers 47 bhp at 9,400 rpm and a torque of 43.5 Nm at 6,700 rpm. The Tuono 457 also equips a 6-speed transmission and carries an option to equip a bi-directional quickshifter for seamless shifts. Aprilia has altered the final drive by using a slightly larger rear sprocket to provide better low-end performance and enhanced city rideability.
The Tuono 457 flaunts a number of modern features, including a 5.0-inch TFT colour display with Bluetooth connectivity, which also allows navigation, call notifications, and media control. The motorcycle also features multiple riding modes (Eco, Sport, & Rain) and traction control with dual-channel ABS. The ride-by-wire technology in the Tuono 457 ensures precise throttle response.
