The Special Edition offers two new colors, Mamba Black and Puma Grey. These shades draw inspiration from the 2006 Tuono 1000R. The bike also features updated graphics, a smoked flyscreen, and taller handlebars. The handlebars provide a more upright riding position, improving comfort for riders.

The front brake lever is now adjustable, allowing riders to set the reach according to their finger length. Aprilia has revised the seat with high-resilience foam, offering better support during long rides. The suspension system has also been updated. It now has a softer initial stroke to absorb bumps and potholes more effectively. Compression damping has been recalibrated for improved ride quality.

Engine and Mechanical Details

The Aprilia Tuono 457 Special Edition retains its mechanical setup. It uses a 457cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. This engine delivers 47.6 HP and 43.5 Nm of torque. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The motorcycle continues to feature a TFT instrument console, full-LED lighting, and an immobiliser-equipped ignition system.

Aprilia offers several optional accessories for the Tuono 457 Special Edition. These include a bidirectional quick shifter, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), USB charger, and an electronic anti-theft system.
