Ducati Diavel V4 Gets a Bold New ‘Black Roadster’ Makeover

Ducati has come up with a refreshed look for the Diavel V4. Previously, this superbike had a red color variant and now Ducati added another colour to this beast. Ducati named this new version “Black Roadster”. This updated design has a bold matte black finish complemented with subtle yellow accents which provides this beast its signature aggressive look. Now, the Diavel V4 is available in its classic Ducati Red and Thrilling-Black color options.

What’s New?

The new livery features a matte black base with subtle yellow lines running along the tank and shroud, complementing the yellow spring of its mono-shock suspension. This design gives this monster a meaner and beasty look. Talking about the tank, it has a matte grey texture towards the back which enhances the visual appeal of the Black Roadster.

Specifications of Diavel V4

The Diavel V4 is powered by a 1158cc V4, liquid-cooled, Granturismo engine that delivers 168 bhp and 126 Nm of torque. This mechanical marvel comes with a 6-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quick-shifter, hydraulic slipper clutch, and advanced braking system with cornering ABS. 

When it comes to the suspension system of the motorcycle, it comes with fully adjustable 50mm USD forks at the front and a fully adjustable mono-shock absorber with an aluminum single-sided swingarm.

Furthermore, this beast is equipped with a stainless steel exhaust system with four exit pipes and dual catalytic converters.

Availability and Pricing

Diavel V4 is available in India for a starting price of Rs 25.91 lacs (ex-showroom). However, this new refreshed Black Roadster is expected to be priced slightly higher than its sibling. It is available for booking at Ducati Dealerships across major cities in India.
