Production and Exclusive Features

The Panigale V4 Lamborghini is based on the Panigale V4 S platform. Ducati developed this model to celebrate its partnership with Lamborghini. The motorcycle features bespoke parts inspired by the Lamborghini Revuelto. In addition to the 630 numbered units, Ducati offers a Speciale Clienti series limited to 63 units, reserved for Lamborghini owners. These customers can match their motorcycle’s colours to their Lamborghini supercar.
For India, Ducati provides a unique Lamborghini livery. The design includes visible carbon fibre, Verde Scandal, Grigio Telesto, and Grigio Acheso Tricolore accents. Each motorcycle comes with a certificate of authenticity, a dedicated cover, and a personalised box. Delivery is in a customised wooden crate with a matching rear stand.
Engine, Performance, and Technology
The Panigale V4 Lamborghini uses a 1,103cc V4 Desmosedici Stradale engine. It produces 216bhp at 13,500rpm and 122.1Nm at 11,250rpm. This output is achieved with an Akrapovic titanium silencer and dedicated engine calibration. The motorcycle weighs 185kg without fuel, which is nearly 2kg lighter than the Panigale V4 S. Ducati claims a power-to-weight ratio of 1.17bhp per kg.
Carbon fibre is used extensively across the motorcycle. Components include the fairing, mudguards, chain guard, heel guard, fork cover, exhaust protection, alternator cover, licence plate holder, sprocket cover, tank protection, instrument mounts, and radiator duct. The carbon weave is aligned along the centre line to create a herringbone pattern.
The forged aluminium wheels are designed to resemble those of the Lamborghini Revuelto. The tail section and winglets also reflect Lamborghini’s design language. The seat takes inspiration from the Revuelto’s interior. The Panigale V4 Lamborghini features Ducati Electronic Suspension 3.0, Ohlins NPX-30 front fork, Ohlins TTX 36 rear shock, and Ohlins steering damper. The Ohlins Smart EC 3.0 system controls these components.
Additional Equipment and Collector Details
The motorcycle includes a 17-litre aluminium fuel tank, dry clutch kit, adjustable footrests, brake and clutch levers, and billet aluminium counterweights. Electronic systems include Ducati Vehicle Observer and Race eCBS. Collector-focused details include a billet aluminium triple clamp with the model name and number, a laser-etched ignition key badge, and a dedicated instrument cluster animation.
Track riders receive extra parts such as a billet aluminium racing fuel tank cap, carbon fibre brake calliper air conveyors, a licence plate holder removal kit, and a carbon fibre open clutch cover. Some of these parts are not homologated for road use.
