The electric commercial vehicle manufacturer plans to expand manufacturing capacity and strengthen research and development activities.
Additionally, the automaker will acquire a one-third stake alongside Volvo Group and Daimler Truck. The companies target completion of the transaction in the near future, aiming to enhance their position in the commercial vehicle sector.
