Hyundai has increased the prices of its Venue compact SUV in March 2026. The price hike affects several variants, with diesel-powered models seeing notable increases. Despite these changes, the Venue’s overall price range remains between Rs 7.99 lakh and Rs 15.51 lakh, ex-showroom India.
Key Highlights
- Hyundai Venue prices increased for several variants in March 2026
- Price hikes affect mainly diesel and DCT turbo petrol trims
- Overall price range remains Rs 7.99 lakh to Rs 15.51 lakh
- Base petrol and N Line variants see no price change
Price Changes by Engine Variant
For the 1.2-litre petrol engine variants, the HX5 trim receives the largest increase, rising by Rs 20,000. The HX5 now costs more than before, while the base HX2 and mid-level HX6T trims remain unchanged at Rs 8 lakh and Rs 10.80 lakh, respectively. The 1.2-litre petrol engine produces 88hp and 114Nm of torque.
In the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol category, only select DCT-equipped variants see price changes. The HX5 DCT and HX6 DCT trims each get a Rs 9,000 hike. The HX8 DCT trim increases by Rs 5,000. The N Line variants of the Venue do not see any price changes. The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine delivers 120hp and 172Nm of torque.
Diesel Variant Adjustments
Diesel-powered Venue variants also experience price hikes. The HX2, HX5, HX5 AT, and HX7 trims each increase by Rs 8,000. However, the diesel automatic trims, including the recently introduced HX8 and HX10, retain their previous prices. The 1.5-litre diesel engine in the Venue produces 116hp and 250Nm of torque.
All prices mentioned are ex-showroom, India. The price adjustments apply to both petrol and diesel variants, but not all trims are affected. The Venue continues to offer a range of options for buyers, with unchanged prices for several key trims.
Market Context and Availability
Hyundai’s decision to adjust Venue prices comes amid ongoing market changes and input cost variations. The Venue remains a popular choice in the compact SUV segment, offering multiple engine and transmission options. Buyers can still access base and mid-level trims at previous prices, while higher trims see moderate increases.
