Hyundai Venue Sees Select Variant Price Hikes Up to Rs 20,000 in India
Hyundai Venue prices in India have increased for select variants by up to Rs 20,000, mainly affecting mid-spec petrol, turbo DCT, and diesel trims, while entry-level and top-end variants remain unchanged.

Hyundai has revised prices for the Venue compact SUV in India, increasing costs for select variants by up to Rs 20,000. The overall price range remains between Rs 7.99 lakh and Rs 15.51 lakh (ex-showroom).
Key Highlights
- Hyundai Venue prices increased for select variants by up to Rs 20000
- 1.2-litre petrol HX5 manual variant sees the highest price hike
- 1.0-litre turbo DCT and most diesel trims also get revised prices
- Entry-level and top-end trims remain at previous prices
- Engine specifications for all variants remain unchanged
Price Changes Across Variants
The most notable increase affects the 1.2-litre petrol lineup. The HX5 manual variant now costs Rs 20,000 more. Other variants with the same 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, such as the entry-level HX2 and higher trims like HX6 and HX6T, retain their previous prices.
Among the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol options, select dual-clutch automatic (DCT) variants have also become more expensive. The HX5 DCT and HX6 DCT variants are now Rs 9,000 costlier. The HX8 DCT variant sees a smaller increase of Rs 5,000. Prices for other turbo-petrol trims, including the N Line variants, remain unchanged.
The diesel range has also seen price adjustments. Most manual and automatic trims, including HX2, HX5, HX5 AT, and HX7, are now Rs 8,000 more expensive. However, higher-end automatic trims like HX8 AT and HX10 AT have not changed in price.
Engine Specifications Remain Unchanged

The Hyundai Venue's mechanical specifications are unchanged following the price revision. The 1.2-litre petrol engine continues to produce 88 HP and 114 Nm of torque. The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine delivers 120 HP and 172 Nm. The 1.5-litre diesel engine generates 116 HP and 250 Nm of torque.
This latest price revision reflects selective adjustments across the Venue's powertrain options. The changes focus on mid-spec variants, while entry-level and top-end trims are largely unaffected.
