Kawasaki enthusiasts and supersport bikers in India are eagerly anticipating the imminent arrival of the much-awaited Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR. After a prolonged wait, Kawasaki is finally poised to introduce this high-performance marvel to the Indian market, stirring excitement among motorcycle enthusiasts, specifically those devoted to Team Green.

Engine Dynamics

Ninja ZX-4RR powers a 399cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four engine, presenting itself as a true powerhouse on two wheels. With an output of 76bhp at 14,000 rpm and 37.6Nm at 12,000rpm, the engine is engineered to deliver exhilarating performance.

The engine is equipped with a six-speed gearbox, a bi-directional quickshifter and slipper clutch as standard features.

Technological Prowess

Equipped with cutting-edge features, Ninja ZX-4RR sets a new benchmark for technological innovation in the supersport segment. All-LED lighting enhances visibility and adds to the bike's striking aesthetics.

Riders can choose from four ride modes (Sports, Road, Rain, and Rider), along with two power modes and a three-step traction control system, all accessible and customizable via the intuitive 4.3-inch TFT instrument cluster.

Aesthetic Appeal

The design of Ninja ZX-4RR is as captivating as its performance capabilities. Drawing inspiration from its sibling, ZX-25R, the bike exudes an aggressive demeanor that commands attention on the streets and the racetrack alike. Signature features such as twin-LED headlights, a prominent ram air intake, and sleek fairings underscore the bike's racing pedigree, accentuated by the iconic KRT green livery.

Its suspension system comprises a preload adjustable 37Nm Showa SFF-BP front fork and a gas-charged monoshock, providing riders with customizable settings for compression, rebound, and preload. With a kerb weight of 189 kg, the bike strikes a decent balance between performance and stability.

Exclusive Offering

It's worth noting that the Ninja ZX-4RR will be available in limited numbers in India, adding to its allure as a coveted collector's item. Several Kawasaki dealers have already commenced bookings, signalling the anticipation surrounding its launch. While official pricing details are yet to be revealed, industry insiders suggest a marginal increase of Rs 1 lakh over the Ninja ZX-4R, currently priced at Rs 8.49 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
