The new regional hub in Mumbai will serve as the central point for Maserati’s operations in Western and Central India. Navnit Maserati will manage all sales and service activities from this location. The facility will include a showroom and an integrated workshop, both designed to reflect Maserati’s global retail standards.

The Mumbai hub will showcase Maserati’s current luxury vehicle portfolio available in India. It will also provide manufacturer-approved servicing and maintain an inventory of genuine spare parts. The facility aims to deliver localized client care and technical support for both current and future Maserati owners in the region.

Enhanced Client Experience

The Mumbai facility will feature private client consultation lounges and a dedicated configuration area for the Fuoriserie customization program. This program allows clients to personalize their vehicles according to their preferences, reflecting Maserati’s focus on exclusivity and customer-centric service.

Navnit Maserati’s appointment follows the brand’s earlier selection of retail partners in Delhi and Bengaluru in the previous year. This network transition is designed to maintain high standards of technical support and customer service.

Strategic Importance of India

Maher Abdalla, managing director for Maserati Middle East, Africa, India, and Turkey, emphasized India’s importance as a growth market. He noted that the country’s luxury vehicle market is expanding, driven by a discerning clientele seeking exclusivity and a superior ownership experience. Maserati’s investment in regional infrastructure reflects its commitment to meeting these expectations.

The new Mumbai hub and dealer partnership is part of Maserati’s broader strategy to scale its presence in India. The brand aims to offer a consistent and premium experience to its customers, supported by dedicated facilities and specialized services.
