Engine and Performance Features
The MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT uses a 998cc inline-four engine that now meets Euro 5+ emission standards. Updates include new camshafts, revised engine mapping, improved throttle response, optimized gearbox ratios, and a shorter final drive ratio. These changes result in an output of 201 HP at 13,500 rpm and 11 Nm of torque at 11,000 rpm in its standard configuration.
An optional racing kit is available for buyers. This kit includes an Arrow titanium slip-on exhaust and dedicated ECU mapping. With these additions, the engine output increases to 208 HP at 14,000 rpm.
Chassis, Suspension, and Brakes
The Brutale 1000 ABT features electronically adjustable Öhlins suspension at both the front and rear. Riders can control compression and rebound damping electronically. The braking system consists of dual 320mm front discs with Brembo Stylema calipers and a 220mm rear disc.
Weight-saving measures are present throughout the motorcycle. It uses forged wheels and 19 carbon-fiber components. These include the front mudguard supports, airbox cover, fuel tank side panels, front spoiler, rear wheel cover, and engine covers.
Design and Special Features

The Brutale 1000 ABT stands out with its unique Nero Carbonio Metallizzato (metallic carbon black) and Rosso Fuoco (fire red) paint scheme. Each unit is individually numbered to highlight its exclusivity.
Owners receive an exclusive package with each motorcycle. This package includes the Arrow titanium exhaust and ECU map, a painted carbon-fiber pillion seat cover, swingarm pivot adjustment plates, a dedicated bike cover, and a certificate of authenticity. The price for the MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT is set at EUR 40,990 in Italy, which is approximately Rs 46 lakh.
