Nissan Tekton will debut with three different engine options for India in 2026

Nissan India is set to launch its second vehicle for the Indian market this year, following the Gravite sub-four-meter MPV. The new model, named the Tekton, is a compact SUV. Nissan will also introduce a three-row version of the Tekton in the coming months.

Inside, the Tekton may come with a new three-spoke steering wheel and a large touchscreen infotainment system. The cabin could also feature a colored instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, and a 360-degree camera for enhanced driver assistance.

The 2026 Nissan Tekton is likely to offer three powertrain options. These include a 1.0-liter turbo-petrol, a 1.3-liter turbo-petrol, and a 1.8-liter turbo-petrol hybrid. Transmission choices may consist of a six-speed manual, a torque converter automatic, and a dual-clutch transmission (DCT).
