Partnership Details and Racing Plans
Kavin Quintal, based in Chennai, will compete for the BMW EasyRace Team in the Spanish Speed Championship (ESBK) SBK class this year. He started the season strongly, achieving back-to-back podium finishes at the opening round in Jerez, Spain. Quintal is also recognized as the first Indian rider to participate in the FIM Supersport 300 World Championship as a wildcard entrant.
SMK Helmets will provide Quintal with race, training, and backup helmets, as well as visors and other helmet-related equipment throughout the season. The partnership highlights SMK’s increased focus on international motorsport and its commitment to supporting Indian talent on global platforms.
Helmet Features and Technical Support
The Titan Carbon Racing helmet, which Quintal will use, features a carbon-fiber shell and a multi-density EPS liner. It also includes an aerodynamic spoiler designed for high-speed racing. The helmet is homologated for international competition and comes with a race-spec visor and tear-off systems, meeting the requirements for professional racing events.
