The Vespa Tech 80th edition stands out with its unique Verde Pastello green paint scheme. This color draws inspiration from early Vespa models of the late 1940s. The green shade covers several parts, including the front shield trim, grab handle, mirrors, switchgear, and front suspension linkage. Darker green accents appear on the seat, footrest inserts, and handle grips.

The wheels are styled to resemble those of the original Vespa 98. They feature the same green finish with a diamond-cut effect. A special ‘80th’ badge is displayed on the front next to the Vespa logo. At the rear, the scooter carries an ‘80 Years of Vespa Est. 1946’ insignia, further emphasizing its heritage.

Engine Options and Specifications

The Tech 80th edition is based on Vespa’s current platform and retains the modern underpinnings of the standard range. It is available in two engine configurations. The 124.4cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine produces 9.5 HP and 10.1 Nm of torque. The larger 149.5cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine delivers 11.4 HP and 11.6 Nm of torque.

Despite its retro-inspired design, the scooter offers the same features and performance as Vespa’s regular models. This ensures a blend of nostalgia and contemporary riding experience for customers.

Availability and Pricing

Vespa will offer the Tech 80th edition in both 125cc and 150cc variants across India. The company has not yet announced the official pricing. The price is expected to be revealed next week.

CarBike 360 Says

The Vespa Tech 80th Special Edition is more than a scooter; it’s a rolling tribute to eight decades of Italian design and engineering. With its vintage‑inspired Verde Pastello hue, limited availability, and smart modern features, it will appeal to both loyal collectors and new riders who want a distinctive, history‑rich machine to call their own.
