Hyundai Santa Fe 2022 Highlights
The perfect amalgamation of style, space and performance, Hyundai Santa Fe is the most amazing choice within the price range it offers. Unlike its counterparts like Mitsubishi Pajero, Toyota Fortuner or Ford Endeavour, this SUV provides all the premium features that are mostly associated with luxury car segments like Audi, Renault or BMW, in the utility segment. This makes Hyundai the only car manufacturer that provides a three-row seating at an affordable price range.
Despite all these positive features, Santa Fe could not keep up in the Indian market and dropped to an extent that there were almost no sales at one point. This issue has been addressed by Hyundai and it is preparing for introducing new Santa Fe Facelift. External features include the traditional design for the hexagonal grille, multiple creases on the sides and sharp headlamps. It has been designed in such a way that it doesn’t look like a seven-seater SUV. The B and C pillar is beautifully camouflaged with small last window. It is also adorned with a sloping rooftop and diamond-cut alloy wheels, and together it complements the car's overall style. Some premium features in new Santa Fe includes large fog lamps, LED DRLs, xenon headlamps and sculpted bonnet.
The interiors come in a dual-tone colour scheme of brown and beige and aluminium distinctively used in the doors and handles. The front row is spacious and the second row has adjustable seats for space adjustment. Due to the sloping roof, the third row has very less space and headroom, and the passage between C pillar and seat is very thin and is best for children.
The car comes with accessories like a touch screen display, six speakers, rear camera sensors for parking, rain-sensing wipers, middle row curtains, cool glovebox, AWD mode. Safety features include dual airbags, brake assist with ABS and EBD in the basic model and hill assist and six airbags in higher models. It comes with a 2.2-litre CRDi engine that produces a power of 420Nm in the basic version and 436 Nm in six-speed automatic middle and top versions.
