The petrol mFalcon G80 is now the only option for the KUV100 NXT. It has a 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine with 82bhp and 114Nm of torque and a five-speed transmission. The G80 engine uses start-stop technology and is a micro-hybrid.

The most noticeable design modification is a fully redesigned face for the NXT. For the overall aesthetic, it has a vertically stacked design. The headlamps have been redesigned, and the front bumper has been changed from a traditional to a sportier style to give the car a crossover aspect. The alloy wheels/wheel covers of the NXT have a new design, and the tail lamps have grown broader and now have silver inlays.

Inside, the KUV100 NXT is now a normal six-seater, but a five-seater option is also available. The main architecture of the cabin has not changed, although the top-spec models now include a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system instead of the 2-DIN unit that was available in the previous model. Mahindra has also abandoned the multi-dial design for the air-conditioning system in favour of a basic button-style layout. The four-speaker music system has Bluetooth and USB connectivity, as well as steering-wheel-mounted controls.

I purchased the petrol variant of Mahindra KUV100 NXT and I am totally impressed with its mileage. The vehicle constantly gave me a mileage of 18 kms and sometimes it even went above than that. When I drove it on the highways, the constant mileage helped me to travel longer distances and the mileage even increased a bit at that time.
