Mercedes-Benz will continue using large digital screens in new models like the C-Class EV while reintroducing physical buttons for key functions, responding to customer feedback and balancing technology with usability.

Mercedes-Benz has revealed the C-Class EV’s interior, featuring a 39.1-inch Hyperscreen, advanced ambient lighting, new HVAC system, and enhanced sound insulation. The official debut is scheduled for April 20.

Mercedes-Benz India discontinued the A-Class, EQA, EQB, and EQE SUV in 2024, shifting focus to premium models. The GLA SUV is now the entry-level ICE option, while the CLA EV will launch soon. FY26 sales reached 19,363 units.

Mercedes-Benz will debut the next-generation A-Class hatchback in 2028 with hybrid and electric options. The model will use the MMA platform, offer updated design and features, and remain the brand’s entry-level global offering.

Mercedes-Benz India has announced a price correction of around 2% across its car lineup, effective 1 April 2026. The hike is driven by rupee depreciation and higher input and logistics costs and will apply to the brand’s entire luxury portfolio.
