Introduction
The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is a neo-retro roadster bike that offers a fun, stylish and accessible riding experience.
Variant and Color
The Hunter 350 is available in three variants: Retro Factory, Metro Dapper and Metro Rebel.
The Retro Factory variant comes with disc brakes and spoke wheels, and is offered in four colours: Classic Black, Classic Green, Classic Red and Classic Blue.
The Metro Dapper variant comes with disc brakes and alloy wheels, and is offered in two colours: Dapper White and Dapper Grey.
The Metro Rebel variant also comes with disc brakes and alloy wheels, but has more snazzy paint schemes such as Rebel Red, Rebel Yellow and Rebel Blue.
Engine and Power
The Hunter 350 shares the same engine as the Meteor 350 and the Classic 350. It is a 349cc, air/oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that features fuel injection, long-stroke architecture and a balancer shaft.
The engine delivers a maximum power of 20.2 bhp at 6100 rpm and a peak torque of 27 Nm at 4000 rpm. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox that provides smooth and linear power delivery.
Fuel Efficiency and Tank Capacity
The Hunter 350 has a user reported mileage of 35 kmpl, which is decent for a bike of its size and performance. The bike has a fuel tank capacity of 13 litres, which gives it a range of around 450 km on a full tank. The bike also has an Eco mode indicator that helps the rider optimize the fuel efficiency.

Wheel Size and Weight
The Hunter 350 has a wheelbase of 1390 mm, which makes it agile and maneuverable. The bike has a kerb weight of 181 kg, which is lighter than the Meteor 350 (191 kg) and the Classic 350 (195 kg).
The bike has a seat height of 800 mm, which makes it accessible to riders of different heights. The bike has a ground clearance of 170 mm, which is adequate for Indian roads. The bike has a front tyre size of 100/90-19 and a rear tyre size of 140/70-17.
Rivals
The Hunter 350 competes with other retro-styled bikes such as the TVS Ronin (expected price Rs. 1.5 lakh) and the Jawa 42 (price Rs. 1.69 lakh - Rs. 1.83 lakh). The Hunter 350 has an advantage over its rivals in terms of engine performance, features and customizability.
