The design philosophy behind the Xoom emphasises a futuristic and aggressive look, characterised by sharp lines and angular styling that distinguish it from its competitors. The front of the scooter features a prominent LED projector headlight and an H-shaped LED daytime running light (DRL), enhancing both visibility and style. This design not only makes the Xoom visually striking but also functional, as it integrates halogen indicators into the handlebar cowl and includes a small flyscreen for aerodynamic efficiency.

In terms of dimensions, the Hero Xoom stands out as the longest and widest scooter in its class, measuring 1,881mm in length and 731mm in width. It boasts a wheelbase of 1,300mm, contributing to stability and comfort during rides. The scooter's ground clearance is set at 155mm, while the seat height is 770mm, making it accessible for a wide range of riders. The rear tyre profile of 100/80-12 is a segment-first feature, typically reserved for larger scooters, which enhances grip and handling. 

One of the key highlights of the Hero Xoom is its Bluetooth connectivity, which allows riders to connect their smartphones to the scooter. This feature enables users to receive call and SMS alerts directly on the digital display, ensuring they stay connected without compromising safety while riding. The fully digital speedometer not only displays speed but also integrates important metrics such as Real-Time Mileage Indicator (RTMI) and Distance to Empty (DTE), allowing riders to monitor their fuel efficiency in real-time. 

The Real-Time Mileage Indicator is particularly noteworthy as it helps riders adjust their driving habits for better fuel economy. Additionally, the Low Fuel Indicator alerts users when fuel levels are low, helping prevent unexpected stops for refuelling. 

The Hero Xoom 110 is designed to provide a sporty ride and agile handling, making it a standout in the 110cc scooter segment. Its lightweight construction, with a kerb weight of approximately 109 kg, contributes to its nimble nature, allowing for quick lane changes and responsive manoeuvring in urban environments. 

The scooter features a suspension setup that includes telescopic front forks and a single shock absorber at the rear, which is tuned for sharp handling. 

The Hero Xoom 110 is equipped with a 110.9 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that delivers a maximum power output of 8.15 PS at 7250 rpm and a peak torque of 8.70 Nm at 5750 rpm. This engine is designed with a four-stroke cycle and utilises fuel injection technology, enhancing its efficiency and performance. The Xoom's engine is compliant with the BS6-2.0 emission standards, reflecting Hero MotoCorp's commitment to environmental sustainability while ensuring robust performance characteristics suitable for urban commuting. 

In terms of performance, the Hero Xoom 110 offers a claimed mileage of 53.4 kmpl, making it an economical choice for daily riders. The scooter features an automatic transmission system, specifically a variomatic drive, which provides seamless acceleration without the need for manual gear shifting. This characteristic not only simplifies riding but also contributes to a smoother experience in stop-and-go traffic conditions typical in city environments. The top speed of the Xoom is approximately 87 km/h, which is adequate for urban commuting and occasional highway rides.
