Key Technical Specifications

The Luce is built on a dedicated electric platform. It uses four independently controlled electric motors, with one at each wheel. The car operates on an 800V electrical system and is powered by a 122 kWh battery pack. Ferrari states that the Luce delivers a combined output of 1,050 HP. Ferrari collaborated with design collective LoveFrom, led by Sir Jony Ive and Marc Newson, for the Luce's development. The exterior design features a shell-like glasshouse structure. Inside, the cabin combines physical controls with digital interfaces, including OLED displays and a 21-speaker audio system.

The Luce employs a new vehicle control unit that integrates powertrain and vehicle dynamics systems. This unit updates inputs 200 times per second, optimizing performance and handling. The car also features torque vectoring, active suspension, and regenerative braking, all developed specifically for the new electric architecture.

Battery charging capability is rated at up to 350 kW DC fast charging. Ferrari claims that 70 kWh can be replenished in about 20 minutes under suitable charging conditions. The company offers an eight-year warranty for the electric powertrain components and a seven-year maintenance program.
