Hero Electric Introduces Three Latest Electric Scooter
Hero Electric has introduced three latest electric scooters and alongside they collaborated with major EV component manufacturers in India such as Battrixx, NIDEC.
Optima CX2.0 (Single Battery), Optima CX5.0 (Dual Battery), and NYX (Dual Battery) are the three new electric scooters launched by Hero Electric.

The buyers of newly launched Optima CX5.0 has the option to choose from Dark Matt Blue and Matt Maroon color. On the other hand, Optima CX.20 will be offered in Dark Matt Blue and Charcoal Black color schemes. And the NYX will be available in Pearl White and Charcoal Black colors. The price of NYX will be between INR 85,000 to INR 95,000 and at the same time, the Optima CX variants are priced between INR 1,05,000 – 1,30,000.

The latest selection of electric scooters incorporates Japanese motors and German ECU technology. Furthermore, the company has collaborated with major EV component manufacturers in India such as Battrixx, NIDEC, Exicom, and Seksui, among others, to create entirely new products from scratch.
Sohinder Gill, CEO, Hero Electric, said, “Going by the popularity of the looks of our bikes, we have largely retained the outer designs and worked upon the bones and muscles to offer the new avatars of our five lovable platforms that comprehensively cater to the entire spectrum of ‘Real value for money’ customers.”
Naveen Munjal, MD, Hero Electric, added, “In tandem with this, we have also worked closely with our partners to cater to the surging demand for EVs in the country. As a result, we are proud to announce that we are all set to roll out over 1 million vehicles annually from our manufacturing units.”
