Lamborghini Temerario Launched in India, Priced at Rs 6 Crore
Lamborghini Temerario comes with an all-aluminum space frame that is claimed to ensure better torsional rigidity by 20% while keeping it lightweight.
Lamborghini has officially launched its flagship Temerario supercar in India. The Italian luxury supercar manufacturer debuted Temerario about 9 months after its international launch at Monterey Car Week in August last year. The Lamborghini Temerario is priced at Rs 6 crore in India and is positioned as the successor of the Lamborghini Huracan in the market.

Lamborghini Temerario Powertrain
Temerario is equipped with a plug-in hybrid powertrain featuring a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine paired with three electric motors, producing 150 hp, 82 hp, and 82 hp, respectively. The turbo petrol engine alone delivers 800 horsepower and 730 Nm of torque and comes with turbochargers mounted between the two cylinder banks. Another highlight of this powertrain is that it revs up to 10,000 RPM, with Lamborghini claiming it to be the most powerful and highest-revving V8 engine ever installed in a production car.
The main electric motor, which produces 150 horsepower and 300Nm torque, comes mounted with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. At the same time, the remaining two are axle-mounted and produce 82 hp each, fetching power from a 3.8kWh battery pack. The combined power delivery of Temerario is 920 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. Lamborghini has claimed that Temerario can accelerate 0-100 km/h in 2.7 seconds and achieve a top speed of 340 km/h. The 3.8kWh battery pack can be charged through an AC charging port, and a 7kW charger takes 30 minutes, or can charge through regenerative braking or directly from the V8 engine.
While Temerario is offered with an all-wheel drive system, it's the first Lamborghini supercar to feature drift mode; it also comes with four drive models, including Citta (FWD, fully electric), Strada, Sport, and Corsa, and has 410 mm aluminum disc brakes with 10-pot calipers on the front wheels and 390 mm disc with 4-pot calipers at the rear. Lamborghini c that the supercar has a 100-0 km/h stopping distance of 32 meters.
Lamborghini Temerario Exterior Design
Lamborghini Temerario comes with an all-aluminum space frame that is claimed to ensure better torsional rigidity by 20% while keeping it lightweight. The brand's junior supercar weighs 1,715 kg, while a track focused Alleggerita package weighs about 1,690 kg as it comes mated with carbon fiber rear wings, wheel, and a unique bumper treatment.
While it is positioned as the successor of Huracan, it has potent design elements from its predecessors, including Huracan and Gallardo, as well as Revuelto, particularly the hexagonal motifs. The Temerario offers 20-inch and 21-inch alloy wheels with forged or carbon fiber options. The supercar also has several aerodynamics-optimized design elements, which are claimed to make it 103% more aero-efficient than the Huracan Evo.
Lamborghini Temerario Interior Features
The interior of Temerario looks similar to Revuelto, with Lamborghini's typical fighter jet-themed cabin and several hexagonal motifs. The int also includes a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8.4-inch central floating touchscreen, and a 9.1-inch front passenger display. Lamborghini said this supercar is suitable for drivers with upto 6.5 feet height.
Its seats are 18-way power adjustable with heating and ventilation options. There are also telemetry, dashcam, and augmented reality navigation. This new Lamborghini supercar also has more luggage space than the Huracan.
Lamborghini Temerario Rivals
Lamborghini Temerario in India will rival Ferrari 296 GTB, which is priced at 5.4 crore, and McLaren Artura, which is priced at Rs 5.1 crore.
