LiveWire unveils S4 Honcho Trail and Street electric mini motorcycles globally
LiveWire expands its electric lineup with the S4 Honcho Trail and Street mini motorcycles, offering compact dimensions, agile performance, and a fresh approach to urban and off-road mobility.

LiveWire, the electric mobility division of Harley-Davidson, has introduced two new lightweight electric minicycles. The S4 Honcho Trail and S4 Honcho Street models mark LiveWire's entry into the small-capacity electric motorcycle segment. Production has begun, with deliveries starting in select international markets this summer and expanding globally through 2026.

Key Features and Specifications
The S4 Honcho Trail and Street are positioned as 125 cc-equivalent electric motorcycles. Both models target new riders, urban commuters, and recreational users. The Trail variant is designed for light off-road use, while the street version focuses on urban mobility. Each model features unique styling, different seat heights, and ergonomics tailored to its intended purpose.
Power comes from a dual removable battery system with a total capacity of 3.48 kWh. LiveWire claims a top speed of 95 km/h and a WMTC-certified range of up to 85 km per charge. The batteries are removable for easy charging and can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in about two hours.
Performance and Manufacturing
Despite their compact size, both S4 Honcho models weigh around 115 kg. A reverse function comes standard on both motorcycles. LiveWire reports a 0-48 km/h acceleration time of about three seconds, making them suitable for city riding. Manufacturing is handled by Taiwanese company KYMCO, under a partnership with LiveWire.
Pricing starts at USD 4,999 for the S4 Honcho Trail and USD 5,499 for the S4 Honcho Street. The S4 Honcho range was first presented as a concept at the Harley-Davidson Homecoming event in Milwaukee and later at EICMA. There is currently no information regarding an India launch.
