New launch: TVS HLX 125 Gold and HLX 150 Gold limited edition bikes

The TVS Motor Company has newly launched two new limited edition motorcycles - TVS HLX 125 Gold and TVS HLX 150 Gold in the Kenyan market.

The Chennai-based TVS Motor Company and one of India's largest two-wheeler makers recently launched TVS HLX 150 Gold and 125 Gold limited edition motorcycles in the African country of Kenya. The recently introduced special edition TVS HLX bikes mark the achievement of two million HLX motorcycle units in the international market.

According to H.G. Rahul Nayak, the Head of International Business at TVS Motor Company, who spoke on the occasion, "Kenya is a crucial market for us. Most of the motorcycles in Kenya are used as delivery vehicles and boda boda, so buyers usually look for durable and long-lasting products. Our foremost international brand TVS HLX has constantly met these ever changing mobility demands and needs with the support of a broad service coverage with sufficient spare parts availability and skilled mechanics that have set a standard for excellent consumer experience and quality service in the African nations."

The TVS HLX range was actually introduced in 2013, which is globally trusted even now for its rough use. According to a company statement, its HLX brand has been a catalyst in bringing change in millions of lives in Africa by serving as a mode of commute for the local community. The motorcycle manufacturer claims that their bikes have ensured to be a reliable and trusted choice in catering to last-mile connectivity in rural areas, delivery categories and commercial taxis in remote and urban locations all over the African continent.

The latest TVS HLX bikes include a first-in-class anti-theft security feature called SmartLock using key-FOB, a segment-leading front and rear suspension in golden scheme and an all-new TVS Motor 3D logo on the tank. Other highlights are gear indicators, hazard lamps, optional telematics solution, and USB chargers. Additionally, the energetic styling is due to the TVS HLX motorcycle colour options, a starlight blue theme and a burgundy coloured seat.

All in all the TVS HLX portfolio is present in more than forty-nine countries in Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. The TVS HLX series models being sold are the 100cc HLX Plus, 125cc HLX, 150cc HLX, and HLX 150X.
