Key Models Drive Sales
The newly launched Gravite and the Magnite compact utility vehicle supported the strong domestic sales. The Magnite compact SUV continued to perform well, maintaining its sales momentum. Nissan's Managing Director, Saurabh Vatsa, stated that customer response to these models aligns with changing expectations of Indian buyers.
Vatsa expressed optimism about the start of the new financial year. He said the sales momentum increases the company’s confidence as it plans to introduce new products and expand its retail network across India during the current financial year.
Export and Global Performance

Nissan Motor India serves both domestic and export markets, reaching 65 international destinations. In 2025, Nissan achieved a milestone of 12 lakh cumulative vehicle exports. The Magnite model has built a global customer base of over two lakh units.
The company recorded its highest April dispatches at 27,286 units, driven by steady demand for utility vehicles. Growth in utility vehicle demand, three-wheeler sales, and export volumes supported early fiscal year performance. The farm equipment division also saw growth from increased domestic volume and export shipments.
