Norton Motorcycles has announced the colour options for its upcoming Atlas range, with the India launch expected in the second half of 2026. The Atlas will be available in five paint schemes: Trophy Silver, Matrix Black, Senopia Orange, Verona Green, and Glacier Blue. Norton showcased Trophy Silver, Senopia Orange, and Glacier Blue during the global debut at EICMA 2025.
Key Highlights
- Norton Atlas to launch in India in the second half of 2026
- Available in five colours including Trophy Silver and Senopia Orange
- Features a 585cc parallel-twin engine with close to 70bhp output
Colour Options and Design
The Atlas colour palette features a clean finish without graphics or decals. Trophy Silver and Matrix Black offer a subtle look, while Senopia Orange and Verona Green provide more vibrant choices. Glacier Blue rounds out the options with a classic tone.
Variants and Features
The Norton Atlas will come in two variants: Standard and GT. The GT variant is designed for road use and features 17-inch wheels. The Standard variant is better suited for rough roads, equipped with a 19-inch front wheel. For the Indian market, the Standard variant is expected to have alloy wheels as standard, with cross-spoke tubeless wheels available as an optional extra.
The motorcycle will use a 585cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine with a 270-degree crank. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and is expected to deliver close to 70bhp. The engine shares its architecture with other Norton models.
Key features likely include an 8-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity, multiple riding modes, traction control, and cornering cruise control. These features aim to enhance both safety and convenience for riders.
Production and Launch Timeline
Norton will manufacture the Atlas at its Hosur facility, where other models are also produced. The original plan was to launch the Atlas in India by mid-2026. However, supply chain adjustments have delayed the launch to the second half of 2026.
