The Duster features bold ‘Duster’ lettering on a gloss black panel from the base variant. Both Authentic and Evolution trims include eco LED headlamps and LED DRLs. The black bumper lacks the silver surround found in higher trims, and LED fog lamps are absent. Both variants have 17-inch wheels, but the Authentic uses black steel wheels, while the Evolution offers alloys. The Evolution also adds functional black roof rails with a 50kg load capacity.

Shared exterior features include turn indicators on ORVMs, Renault logo badging on a black plate over the front doors, and a rear door handle behind the window. Both variants have LED taillamps, but the Evolution adds a connected LED light bar and rear LED foglamps. The shark-fin antenna is exclusive to higher trims.

Inside, the Authentic has an all-black cabin with fabric upholstery and silver inserts. The Evolution features brushed aluminium inserts, grey stitching, and padded armrests and door panels. The Authentic offers a 7-inch digital driver display but no infotainment screen. The Evolution adds a 10.1-inch infotainment system. Seating in the Evolution includes adjustable headrests for all seats and a height-adjustable driver seat. Both variants have a tilt and telescopic adjustable steering wheel. The Evolution adds a rear centre armrest with cupholders.

Convenience and Safety Features

The base Authentic variant includes a 7-inch semi-digital driver’s display, manual AC with rear vents, day/night IRVM, a 12V charging socket, and keyless entry. The Evolution variant adds a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment, 6-speaker Arkamys sound system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, turn-by-turn navigation on the instrument cluster, steering-mounted controls, rear type-C charging sockets, and cruise control.

Safety features are mostly standard across both variants. These include six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring system, traction control, auto headlamps, hill start assist, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, and a rollover sensor. The Evolution trim adds an electronic parking brake with auto hold and a rear parking camera.

Some features are exclusive to higher trims, such as a wireless phone charger, dual-zone auto AC, ventilated front seats, panoramic sunroof, 48-colour ambient lighting, paddle shifters (DCT), auto-dimming IRVM, hill descent control, ADAS, and a 360-degree camera system.

Engine Options and Summary

The Evolution variant is available with both turbo petrol engine options. Renault plans to introduce a 1.8-litre turbo petrol strong hybrid variant in November, with detailed specifications to be announced.
