Rolls Royce Phantom Regatta special edition unveiled ahead of Goodwood 2026
The Rolls-Royce Phantom Regatta Special Edition blends maritime elegance with unmatched luxury, set to make a striking appearance at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Rolls-Royce has introduced a unique special edition of its Phantom luxury saloon, named the Phantom Regatta. This model is based on the Phantom Extended (long wheelbase) and pays homage to racing yachts that compete in regattas along England’s South Coast, particularly on the Solent. The Phantom Regatta will make its public debut at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Key Highlights
- Rolls-Royce unveils Phantom Regatta special edition based on Phantom Extended.
- Only one unit of the Phantom Regatta will be produced.
- Features a Regatta Blue and English White exterior inspired by racing yachts.
- Interior includes a hand-painted dashboard panel and 1,307 fibre optic stars.
- Public debut scheduled for 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Exclusive Features and Design

Only one unit of the Rolls-Royce Phantom Regatta will be produced, making it an exclusive collector’s item. The exterior features a Regatta Blue finish with English White on the lower sides. Rolls-Royce states this colour scheme is inspired by the visual line where a yacht’s hull meets the water. The car is equipped with 22-inch disc-polished wheels, which are designed to resemble the polished steel winches found on racing yachts.
The interior of the Phantom Regatta continues the nautical theme. The front section features a Navy Blue finish, while the rear is finished in Grace White. Seats, door pads, and the steering wheel display contrast stitching in both colours. Rolls-Royce monograms are stitched in a shade that mimics the appearance of clear seashore water.
Detailed Craftsmanship and Unique Elements

The dashboard features a hand-painted panel called 'Watercolour', which spans the width of the interior. An in-house artist created this panel using specially developed paints on open-pore wood to represent the sea. The headliner includes a bespoke pattern of 1,307 fibre optic 'stars', inspired by the swirling tidal currents around the Isle of Wight.
The Phantom Regatta also includes picnic tables inspired by yacht decks. Rolls-Royce reports that crafting these tables required 120 hours of work. The car features an additional detail in the form of engraved geographical coordinates on the air vents.
The passenger-side air vent displays the coordinates of Goodwood House, while the driver’s side shows the coordinates of the Home of Rolls-Royce. Both locations are within a mile of each other, symbolically linking the Phantom Regatta to its place of origin.
Debut and Public Display
The Rolls-Royce Phantom Regatta will be shown to the public for the first time at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed. This event is known for showcasing rare and unique vehicles, making it a fitting venue for the debut of this one-off luxury saloon.
