Royal Enfield Classic Bobber 350: Royal Enfield has been reportedly working on a new 350cc motorcycle and it is expected to launch soon in India. The new addition to the lineup will be essentially a bobber version of the Classic 350 and it will expectedly be called the Goan Classic 350 by the automaker. The upcoming Classic 350 Bobber is expected to be a good option for those who prefer modifying their motorcycles. After the Shotgun 650, the Goan Classic will be the second RE motorcycle especially made for custom culture.
RE Goan Classic 350 Design Details
The recently released teaser image shows that the Goan Classic 350 will come with an ape-hanger-style handlebar. The motorcycle will derive LED headlamps from the Himalayan 450. The bike has also been seen with circular units and a new tail lamp positioned on the fender which also looks like a new addition. Apart from this, the Goan Classic 350 comes with a new exhaust and chain guard.
The upcoming RE Bobber 350 is not likely to feature tubeless tyres because spoked rims are visible in the leaked image. Instead, the Goan Classic 350 will get white wall tyres that will provide a complete retro feel to the driver.
Royal Enfield Classic Bobber: Engine
The Goan Classic will expectedly retain the 349cc air oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine which generates the maximum power of 20 bhp and a peak torque of 27 Nm. However, the bike manufacturer may retune this powerhouse to make it suitable for the Bobber character. For those who are unaware, this is the same engine that RE utilizes for the Meteor 350 and Hunter 350.
CarBike360 Says
Royal Enfield's forthcoming Goan Classic 350, a bobber iteration, embodies the brand's commitment to customization. With an ape-hanger handlebar and vintage-inspired design elements like LED headlamps and white wall tyres, it's a nod to retro aesthetics. Retaining the proven 349cc engine adds reliability, though potential retuning promises a tailored riding experience. A promising addition for enthusiasts seeking personalized motorcycle culture.
