Royal Enfield has officially introduced tubeless spoked wheels for the Himalayan 450. These wheels are priced at ₹11,000 and can be configured through the Mi Y configurator. The tubeless spokes are compatible with any variant of the Himalayan 450. For existing Himalayan owners, the cost of upgrading to tubeless spoked wheels is approximately ₹12,500, with additional fitting charges possibly incurred.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Price and Variants

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is available in multiple variants, with prices varying based on color choice:

  • Kaza Brown: ₹2.85 lakh (ex-showroom)
  • Slate Blue & Red: ₹2.89 lakh (ex-showroom)
  • Kamet White: ₹2.93 lakh (ex-showroom)
  • Hanle Black: ₹2.98 lakh (ex-showroom)

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Engine and Performance

The Himalayan 450 features a 452 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, marking the first liquid-cooled engine by Royal Enfield. Named the Sherpa 450, the engine delivers 39.4 bhp of power and 40 Nm of peak torque. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and includes a slipper clutch for smoother shifting.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Body

The motorcycle is built on a robust twin-spar frame. The front suspension is handled by inverted forks, while the rear is equipped with a monoshock system. Braking is facilitated by disc brakes at both the front and rear, supported by dual-channel ABS, which can be deactivated for the rear wheel, enhancing off-road capabilities.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Features

The Himalayan 450 boasts an all-digital instrument cluster, developed in-house by Royal Enfield. It offers turn-by-turn navigation powered by Google Maps, making it the first in its segment to offer this feature. Other notable features include:

  • Ride-by-Wire technology with two riding modes: Eco and Performance
    Switchable dual-channel ABS
    All-LED lighting
    Bluetooth connectivity with call and SMS notifications

Adjustable seat height

A range of customizable accessories, including a new joystick for easier control. These advancements position the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 as a versatile and feature-rich adventure motorcycle.
