Though Trident is a special edition, the bike will still come with the same mechanical specifications as we have seen in the standard model. The bike is powered by the same 660cc inline-triple engine. The engine generates 80 bhp of power and 64 Nm of torque, coupled with a six-speed gearbox. For a comfortable riding experience the bike has been equipped with tubular steel frame, coupled with responsive suspension and reliable braking systems.
The price of this bike in its native market UK will remain the same as of the standard model. However in India, the price of standard Trident 660 is starting from Rs 8.25 lakh. While keeping the price of the current standard version in consideration, we can expect Trident 660 special edition to be priced premium. Though the launch date has not been confirmed yet, we can expect this bike to be rolled out for selective customers anytime soon with the arrival of the second half of 2024.
With the unveiling of the Trident 660 special edition , Triumph has shown it stand by its ethos. The company has not only provided a new limited option for Trident 660, but also highlights its success in the competitive landscape of roadster bike segment.
