Tata Altroz Facelift Revealed Before Its Official India Launch
The new Altroz will feature a refreshed front fascia with an updated front bumper. The rear profile will also see a new bumper along with pop-out door handles for the first time in the model.
Before its official launch on May 22, the Tata Altroz facelift, or the 2025 Tata Altroz, has been revealed. The premium hatchback from Tata will be moved to its new nomenclature and offered in various trims, including Smart, Pure, Pure S, Creative, Creative S, Accomplished, and Accomplished+S, as well as multiple powertrain options.

Tata Altroz Facelift Design
The new Altroz will feature a refreshed front fascia with an updated front bumper. The rear profile will also see a new bumper along with pop-out door handles for the first time in the model. Tata has confirmed to offer a new alloy wheel design in fan-like patterns rather than the standard spoke diamond-cut design in the existing model.
Tata Altroz Facelift Interior Features
Tata offered an updated interior when introducing the Racer variant for the Altroz hatchback. This model is again ready to see some major interior upgrades that will completely change the cabin environment. Some of the major and most expected changes are an updated instrument cluster, dual-tone interior color options, refreshed two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo.
In its top-spec Accomplished+S model, Tata offers dual digital screens, climate control with rear AC vents, a wireless charger, a full-LED light package, a 360-degree camera, and connected car technology.
Tata Altroz Facelift Powertrain
While the 1.2-liter Revotron petrol engine continues to be offered in new versions of the Tata Altroz hatchback, it can also arrive in CNG and 1.5-liter diesel powertrain options. Depending upon the powertrain, the hatchback can be paired with a 5-speed manual, 5-speed automatic, or 6-speed DCT option.
Tata Altroz Facelift Price
The 2025 Altroz is expected to be priced between Rs 7.50 lakh to Rs 11.50 lakh, which can climb even more with Racer or Dark Editions when introduced in the market. The Altroz facelift will compete with the Maruti Baleno, Hyundai i20, and Toyota Glanza. Considering the pricing range and performance, the upcoming Tata hatchback can also see some competition from Hyundai Exter and Tata Punch.
