Royal Enfield India has recently unveiled the all-new Bullet 650 at the prestigious EICMA 2025 event, marking a thrilling new chapter for one of motorcycling’s oldest legacies. With a blend of classic design and retro-themed engineering, the Bullet 650 extends the iconic Bullet nameplate into the brand’s modern 650 cc twin-cylinder family. This new edition celebrates 125 years of the brand in the making.
The new Bullet 650 stays true to its vintage roots with traditional design philosophy like the teardrop fuel tank, hand-painted pinstripes, and a signature chrome headlight, while integrating modern technology including a digi-analogue instrument cluster. This launch is set to excite both loyal Bullet fans and new-age riders seeking a retro-modern riding experience. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming Royal Enfield Bullet 650.
The upcoming Royal Enfield Bullet 650 maintains its classical, retro, timeless design that has defined the model for over nine decades. Most prominent design features, such as the teardrop fuel tank with exquisite pinstripes, winged badge, and classic upright stance, highlight the motorcycle’s heritage. The chrome hood over the headlamp and metal tank badges further emphasize its old-school charm. The bike resembles a few subtle changes from the Classic 650.
The Bullet 650 is powered by Royal Enfield’s well-established 648 cc parallel-twin engine. A unit shared with the popular Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 models. This air-cooled engine is capable of producing 47 HP of power and 52.3 Nm of torque, paired with a smooth 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch. The motorcycle also offers 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels for Indian customers.
The 2025 Royal Enfield Bullet 650 consists of a telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Under the 650 cc lies a steel tubular spine frame designed for strong durability and rider confidence. Wire-spoke wheels fitted with tube-type tyres offer styling while ensuring balanced handling dynamics suitable for both urban and highway cruising.

The Bullet 650 now comes with a semi-digital-analog instrument cluster similar to that of the Classic 650, featuring an analog speedometer alongside a digital odometer and fuel gauge. Adjustable brake and clutch levers enhance rider ergonomics, and Royal Enfield’s Tripper navigation pod is expected to be offered as an optional accessory.

While Royal Enfield has announced the Bullet 650’s debut at EICMA 2025, official launch dates for India have yet to be confirmed, though it is expected to be launched at Motoverse, which is to be held from November 21 to November 23, 2025. The industry analyst suggested that the price of the bike would be around Rs 3.40 (ex-showroom) in India.
For the 2025 edition, the bike will be available in limited colors such as Cannon Black and Battleship Blue for the Indian consumers.
This latest addition to the Bullet 650 signifies the name with contemporary performance and technology, making the Bullet 650 a standout choice for enthusiasts wanting a classic motorcycle with modern reliability. As Royal Enfield continues to evolve, the Bullet 650 reaffirms the brand’s commitment to heritage-inspired motorcycles designed for today's rider.
